Circuit & Strength Training 6:30 – 7:15pm  

 

Wednesdays:

CRX (40 mins Cycling + 20 mins TRX) 7:30 – 8:30 am

Lunch Break Workout 12:00 – 1:00pm 

Mixed Level Cycling 5:45 – 6:45pm
